As a Manager or Senior Manager, you will assess AI-enabled solutions across business, technology, data science, and governance functions. You will address model risk management, operational risk, and regulatory compliance within a regulated financial services organization. Your work will support responsible adoption of Generative AI and Agentic AI while strengthening oversight frameworks.
Key Responsibilities: Review medium- and high-risk AI use cases
Assess machine learning and Generative AI risks
Evaluate governance, controls, monitoring, and compliance processes




Develop independent risk opinions and executive reporting
Challenge stakeholders while maintaining second-line independence
Requirements: Seven or more years’ relevant Manager experience
Ten or more years’ relevant Senior Manager experience
Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline
Experience in model, operational, technology, or enterprise risk
Ability to influence senior stakeholders on complex risks
Apply AI model risk, governance, and analytical expertise to strengthen Manulife’s enterprise oversight of emerging technologies.
