Lead organization design and operating model work as a Senior Manager on an 18-month hybrid contract in Toronto. Shape practical solutions with senior leaders.
Reporting to the Director, Organization Design, you will independently lead complex workstreams with minimal day-to-day oversight. Your work spans organizational assessments, future-state structures, governance, decision rights, workforce planning, and implementation planning. Partner with business leaders, Human Resources Business Partners, and transformation teams to improve organizational effectiveness and business performance.
Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end organization design initiatives from assessment through implementation planning
Design operating models, capabilities, governance forums, and decision rights
Facilitate senior leader interviews, workshops, and working sessions




Develop evidence-based options, recommendations, business cases, and executive materials
Manage workstreams, stakeholders, risks, dependencies, and timelines independently
Requirements: Undergraduate degree in business, human resources, or related field
Six or more years of progressive relevant experience
Specialist expertise in organization and operating model design
Advanced facilitation, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Working knowledge of workforce analytics and organizational modelling tools
