Lead Infor M3 Finance solution architecture with global functional leadership across record-to-report, payables, receivables, and statutory reporting. This full time position serves the UCC service region.
As Associate Principal Engineer, you will design scalable, supportable finance solutions for a global M3 template. You will facilitate fit-gap sessions, define functional specifications, and guide configuration, integrations, testing, releases, and production support. The role also coaches analysts across regions.
Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end Finance solution design and cross-functional processes
Own functional architecture, configuration standards, and global template alignment
Facilitate discovery and fit-gap sessions with regional stakeholders
Translate requirements into designs, specifications, scenarios,



and guidance
Guide complex incidents, root-cause analysis, releases, and transitions
Requirements: Extensive Infor M3 Finance or comparable global ERP experience
Strong accounting, controls, close, payables, receivables, tax knowledge
Experience leading solution design and configuration decisions
Ability to balance global standards with statutory regional requirements
Clear communication across finance, technical, and leadership audiences
