Lead commercial construction operations across Alberta using project scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and safety leadership. This is a full time permanent opportunity.
The Superintendent will manage complex projects from ground-up construction through completion. Candidates need 5+ years of commercial construction leadership experience, including Superintendent-level projects valued between $5 M and $20 M. The work involves drawings, specifications, budgets, schedules, reporting, and regulated construction standards.
Key Responsibilities: Lead daily on-site commercial construction activities
Plan and control projects from mobilization through completion
Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and site personnel
Track progress and prepare reports and schedules
Enforce safety policies and regulatory compliance
Requirements: 5+ years of commercial construction experience
5+ years managing $5 M to $20 M projects
Ability to interpret drawings and contract documents
Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills
Willingness to travel throughout Western Canada
