As a Senior Architectural Technologist, you will work with Project Manager guidance while advancing architectural designs from concept through construction. You will develop floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, elevations, sections, three-dimensional renderings, and architectural details. The position requires Revit, BIM360 or Autodesk Construction Cloud, building-code knowledge, and design coordination.
Key Responsibilities: Develop architectural plans, sections, elevations, renderings, and details
Use BIM technologies for three-dimensional building models
Coordinate building systems with design intent
Present designs to stakeholders during early project phases
Maintain design intent through documentation and construction
Requirements: Diploma in Architectural Technology
Minimum 15 years of experience
Understanding of Revit and BIM360 or Autodesk Construction Cloud
Ability to apply accessibility, building, and life-safety codes
Knowledge of construction systems, materials, and constructability
