As Sales Coordinator, you will support Sales Managers and representatives throughout the sales and delivery process. The position includes preparing contracts, managing customer records in Arcadium CRM, coordinating service shop paperwork, and maintaining accurate schedules. It also provides a stepping stone into Sales.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist representatives with walk-in and online customer inquiries
- Prepare quotes, purchase orders, contracts, and sales documentation
- Coordinate service shop paperwork and Body Builder schedules
- Maintain customer records and sales data in Arcadium CRM




- Schedule delivery follow-ups, demonstrations, and test drives

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Sales support or administrative experience preferred
- Automotive or heavy truck industry experience preferred
- Microsoft Office, CRM, and inventory systems proficiency
- Robust organization, multitasking, communication, and customer service skills
