Teach elementary students in person at Oxford Learning Burlington North, using English, French, literature, and social studies skills.
This part-time Teacher-Tutor role supports students across Kindergarten to Grade 9 subjects. You will guide up to three learners while following Oxford Learning methodologies and philosophies. Lessons are pre-planned, and training is provided in the proprietary approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach up to three students at different levels
- Support English, French, literature, and social studies learning
- Follow Oxford Learning methodologies and philosophies
- Complete post-lesson notes accurately
- Maintain a friendly, skilled manner
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant certification
- Kindergarten to Grade 9 teaching or tutoring experience
- Strong English written and oral communication skills
- Ability to balance up to three students
- Availability Monday through Thursday evenings and Saturday mornings
