As an Asset Investment Planning and Management Specialist, you will lead annual budgets, Long Range Plans, and investment planning processes. The work connects asset management, capital budgeting, portfolio management, and data-driven decision-making. You will support strategic recommendations that improve asset performance, execution predictability, and organizational alignment.
Key Responsibilities: Lead annual capital budgets and Long Range Plan processes
Facilitate Asset Investment Decision Making activities
Prioritize program and non-program capital initiatives
Maintain planning tools, dashboards,
and Copperleaf solutions
Present investment insights and recommendations to leadership
Requirements: University degree or equivalent related experience
Seven or more years in asset management or capital planning
Robust analytical, financial, and problem-solving skills
Experience with capital budgeting and portfolio management
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
