You will guide projects from rough cut through final picture lock, applying narrative structure, pacing, and emotional resonance. Collaboration with directors and producers is central to realizing their vision.
Key Responsibilities: Edit documentary features from rough cut to final picture lock
Select footage and shape pacing, rhythm, and tone
Integrate interviews, B-roll, archival material, and music
Perform picture editing, color correction, and basic sound mixing




Ensure final edits meet broadcast or distribution specifications
Requirements: Proven Lead or Senior Editor experience on documentary features
Solid portfolio demonstrating impactful documentary editing work
Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or Avid Media Composer
