The Train Operations Supervisor directs locomotive engineers and train operators. This position coordinates daily train movements, supports scheduled service, and responds to operational deviations. The work requires technical and managerial skills, crew management experience, and knowledge of railway operations.
Key Responsibilities: Supervise train operators and locomotive engineers during daily operations
Coordinate safe, prompt, courteous transportation and customer service activities
Report accidents, derailments, disruptions, injuries, and rule violations
Coordinate recovery activities with Bombardier Transportation,



maintenance, and host railways
Assess train reports and correct deviations from operating plans
Requirements: College degree in administration, engineering, or a relevant field
Locomotive Engineer certification and Rules Qualification
Canadian Rail Operating Rules certification
Minimum five years of rail industry experience
Relevant crew management experience with Microsoft Office and SAP
Bring rail operations leadership, CROR certification, and crew management experience to Alstom’s train service in Montreal.
