Lead high-end visual effects compositing at Rodeo FX using Nuke, 2 D tracking, keying, integration, and color correction across adaptable locations.
The Compositing Lead performs complex digital image composition throughout production while supporting 2 D artists. This full-time position combines compositing expertise with team oversight, mentoring, shot consistency, and creative problem-solving. You will collaborate with Compositing Supervision and Production to meet project requirements, quality standards, and deadlines.
Key Responsibilities: Composite simple to complex shots across production stages
Resolve visual, artistic, and technical issues

Keep Production informed about progress, issues, and deadlines
Requirements: Minimum three years as a Compositing Artist in VFX
Excellent knowledge of Nuke software
Knowledge of Shotgun
Photographic shooting knowledge including color, lighting, perspective, and composition
Prioritization, deadline management, calmness, and positive mentorship
