As Manager, National Credit you will lead operations within Wealth Management Canada’s National Credit division. The primary purpose for this position is to supervise and provide leadership for a team supporting time sensitive, complex exception-based and/or highly specialized credit operations processes. You will be responsible for hiring, onboarding, and training recent team members, while providing coaching, recognition, and development for your team in a fast-paced environment.
