Lead drilling rig operations with strong safety oversight, crew supervision, and emergency response responsibilities in a full-time seasonal position. Direct setup, take down, and rig moves while protecting workers and the public. The Rig Manager reports to the Field Superintendent and directs daily drilling rig activities. This role supervises crews, coordinates staff, manages safety requirements, and handles supplies and business matters. It also supports repairs, maintenance, training, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
- Direct drilling rig operations, setup, take down, and moves
- Supervise crews, performance, motivation, and daily task completion
- Ensure risk assessments, safety meetings, and HSE reporting
- Order supplies and recommend rig maintenance requirements




- Respond to emergencies and enforce company safety procedures

Requirements:
- Previous drilling rig experience as a Rig Manager
- Robust leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and mechanical aptitude
- Required Rig Manager certifications under the Company Training Matrix
