What you’ll do: The IT Operations Business Relationship Manager (BRM) serves as the primary IT business partner for Electrical Sector PCS plant leadership across the U.
S. and Canada. This role translates business strategy and operational priorities into reliable, digitally enabled solutions that improve plant performance, stability, and efficiency. The BRM drives operational excellence by applying Lean and Six Sigma principles to business processes,



technology adoption, and continuous improvement initiatives. The role ensures technology investments deliver measurable business value while supporting reliable shop-floor operations across the PCS U.
S./Canada region. As a trusted advisor and the day-to-day IT partner for plant managers and operations leaders, the BRM drives plant-level IT execution and alignment between business and technology priorities.
