Lead procurement, contracts, and supply chain execution for Kinross Great Bear’s major mine development in Toronto, Red Lake, or remotely. Shape construction readiness through strategic sourcing and commercial leadership. As a senior commercial leader, you will guide direct project spend and supply chain commitments from detailed engineering through construction, commissioning, and handover. The work spans equipment sourcing, major package awards, vendor contracts, logistics, expediting, warehousing, and governance. You will align Engineering, Construction, Project Controls, EPCM teams, suppliers, contractors, Indigenous partners, and stakeholders around one execution plan.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead procurement and supply chain constraint resolution affecting schedules
- Establish sourcing, expediting, and remote logistics execution frameworks
- Lead contract development, negotiation, administration,



and performance management
- Direct major package awards and high-value commercial commitments
- Build site supply chain readiness, materials, warehousing, and delivery controls

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, or related discipline
- Minimum 15 years’ progressive procurement, contracts, or commercial experience
- At least seven years supporting major capital projects
- Experience with mining, heavy industrial, infrastructure, or construction environments
- Proficiency with SAP, JD Edwards, or Omega 365 Apply senior procurement, contract negotiation, and supply chain expertise to advance Outstanding Bear’s construction readiness and project delivery.
