Oracle 19c administration and high availability define this remote Technical Consultant role with Cayenta, supporting customers across Canada and the United States. As part of Cayenta’s Managed Services team, you will administer Oracle 19c, RAC, Data Guard, and Grid Infrastructure. The work protects business-critical environments through troubleshooting, performance tuning, recovery, and infrastructure support. Customer communication and technical collaboration remain central.

Key Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, administer, and maintain Oracle 19c environments
- Manage RAC clusters, Data Guard, Grid Infrastructure, and ASM
- Investigate performance issues using AWR, ADDM, ASH, and execution plans
- Support RMAN recovery, disaster recovery testing, patching, and upgrades




- Resolve incidents through customer communication and internal collaboration

Requirements:
- Minimum three years supporting Oracle 19c databases
- Production experience with RAC and Data Guard standby databases
- Experience administering Oracle databases on RHEL or Oracle Linux
- Solid Linux troubleshooting, shell scripting, and performance tuning skills
- Ability to manage priorities and own customer issues independently Apply Oracle DBA, RAC, Data Guard, Linux, and customer support expertise to Cayenta’s remote Managed Services environments.
