Cloudflare seeks a Senior Customer Engineer with enterprise architecture and security expertise. This distributed role connects technical strategy with measurable customer outcomes. As a Senior Customer Engineer, you will guide enterprise clients from pre-sales validation through onboarding, deployment architecture, adoption, renewal, and expansion. You will work with Account Executives across DNS, CDN, Zero Trust, Network Security, Workers, and AI-augmented workflows. The position combines technical advisory, solution design, customer engineering, and commercial accountability throughout the customer journey.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead discovery, technical validations, demonstrations, and architectural presentations
- Design migration, onboarding, and deployment blueprints for customer environments
- Monitor customer health, telemetry, risks, and integration bottlenecks




- Lead technical QBRs connecting platform capabilities with business value
- Automate routine workflows using AI agents, LLMs, and internal platforms

Requirements:
- Customer-facing experience in solutions engineering or related technical roles
- Ability to design complex enterprise network and security architectures
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in quota-carrying or revenue-aligned environments
