Lead construction site operations through scheduling, contractor direction, and quality control while maintaining high safety standards under limited supervision. Exercise independent judgment with vendors, consultants, clients, and trade contractors. As a Site Superintendent with Kindred Construction, you will manage projects alongside a Project Manager and Consultants. The work includes site personnel leadership, plan interpretation, issue resolution, and coordination across construction activities. You will support quality projects while maintaining required standards, schedules, and documentation.

Requirements:
