Lead regional steel sales across southern Quebec using technical product knowledge and bilingual French-English communication. This role combines territory growth with customer travel. The Regional Sales Manager manages an assigned territory for a global steel manufacturing company. You will generate leads, grow sales opportunities, and maintain customer relationships across southern Quebec, south of Montreal Island. The position reports directly to the Operations Manager and supports profitability through sales targets, process improvements, and value-based selling. Training requires in office work during the first five months before extensive field travel.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and expand business throughout the assigned territory
- Build customer relationships and prioritize sales efforts
- Present steel product features and select suitable options
- Monitor KPIs, resolve customer issues, and ensure quality control
- Prepare forecasts, reports, and regional sales strategies
Requirements:
- Three to five-plus years in sales or manufacturing
- Technical knowledge of steel, mining, industrial, recycling, or maintenance repair
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Bilingual French-English communication and a valid clean driver’s license
