Own the integrated master plan, milestones, dependencies, and readiness activities Establish governance, stage gates, decision rights, and escalation routines Lead DairyLink’s end-to-end change strategy and execution Report delivery health, readiness, adoption risks, and change impacts Manage Alithya’s scope, milestones, deliverables,



and recovery commitments

Requirements:

Significant large-scale ERP implementation and organizational change experience Client-side project, program, or change leadership experience Experience managing systems integrators and change resources Expertise in RAID, critical paths, scope control, budgets, and forecasting Solid executive communication, facilitation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills Apply integrated delivery, Microsoft Dynamics 365, WMS, and change leadership expertise to DairyLink’s enterprise transformation.
