Lead Canadian supply chain strategy and operations at Beiersdorf, balancing product availability, fulfilment, inventory, cost, working capital, and risk. As Head of Supply Chain, you will lead end-to-end Canadian operations and oversee Demand Planning, Customer Replenishment and Collaboration, and Value Added Services. You will translate business strategy into reliable operations supporting customer service, profitable growth, and product launches. The scope includes local teams, North America functions, and external service providers.

Key Responsibilities

Define Canadian strategy, operating plans, and improvement roadmaps Oversee availability, fulfilment, warehousing, transportation, and inventory Lead Demand Planning and own S&OP; contributions Direct replenishment, collaboration, VAS, and rework performance Manage budgets,



forecasts, savings, and productivity improvements

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant education and experience Typically ten to fifteen or more years’ progressive supply chain experience At least five years leading teams and substantial operational scope Demand planning, logistics, inventory, launches, and budget ownership experience Qualified French and English proficiency for Canadian stakeholders Bring matrix leadership, supply chain expertise, and cost discipline to Beiersdorf Canada’s customer-focused operations and growth agenda.
