Lead AI delivery with agile execution and client communication at Robots & Pencils. Own complex engagements from kickoff through release across distributed teams. As a Senior Delivery Manager, you guide multi-phase software engagements while managing scope, budget, timeline, and quality. You facilitate Scrum activities, oversee phased releases, and translate technical uncertainty into actionable plans. The work includes AI-native delivery, model risk, evaluation strategy, observability, and production readiness. You also mentor delivery managers and serve as the primary client contact.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery across complex, multi-phase engagements Facilitate sprint planning, backlog refinement, and execution Manage dependencies, risks, scope changes,



and escalations Define delivery KPIs and guide tradeoffs with data Communicate progress and business impact to stakeholders

Requirements:

5+ years in software delivery or technical project management Robust agile delivery experience across complex, multi-team engagements Experience managing distributed onshore and offshore teams Experience with Jira, Confluence, GitHub, or Azure DevOps Track record leading AI/ML or agentic engagements Bring senior delivery judgment, AI expertise, and agile leadership to production-ready client engagements at Robots & Pencils.
