This strategic, hands-on HR leader partners with senior leaders to shape organization design, workforce strategy, leadership effectiveness, talent and organizational change. You’ll advise on employee engagement, change management and Canadian employment requirements, while building high-performance teams and a culture of accountability. Onsite five days a week; travel up to 10%.
