Lead civil construction delivery through safety, scheduling, and field supervision as a Project Superintendent with Conwest Contracting. This supervisory position directs Project Foremen and hourly crews across earthworks and underground utilities. You will coordinate subcontractors, resources, materials, equipment, budgets, and project schedules while supporting safety, quality, and regulatory requirements. The role works with Project Managers, Operations, estimators, site superintendents, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure construction activities comply with safety standards and WorkSafe requirements Coordinate field personnel, subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and regulatory restrictions Prepare work plans and resource, material, and equipment requirements Manage Project Foremen, staffing, scheduling,



vacation approvals, and development Interpret drawings and allocate resources for project objectives

Requirements:

Ten years’ civil construction experience, including earthworks and underground utilities Five years’ supervisory experience in construction Robust communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills Proficient scheduling and planning with successful project completions Valid driver’s license and clean driver’s abstract Apply your civil construction leadership, scheduling expertise, and safety focus to projects managed by Conwest Contracting.
