Lead pharmacy performance across Hamilton and Niagara with Shoppers Drug Mart, using financial analysis and operational improvement expertise. This full-time role is temporary with advantages. Reporting to the Senior Director of Pharmacy Operations, the Regional Pharmacy Director drives pharmacy growth and profitability across assigned stores. You will monitor counts, sales, margins, expenses, operational standards, pharmacy programs, and patient-care issues. The role also develops store-specific strategies, action plans, and Associate talent.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor pharmacy counts, sales, margins, expenses, and projected results Guide Associates and pharmacy teams on operational standards Develop store-specific strategies to improve profitability and growth Resolve practice, patient-care, inspection, medication,



and technology issues Present pharmacy performance at district and regional meetings

Requirements:

Minimum five years of pharmacy experience, preferably retail University-equivalent pharmacy education and current pharmacist licensure Leadership, facilitation, process improvement, and strategic planning skills Excellent written and verbal English communication skills Valid driver's licence and inventory management knowledge Bring pharmacy leadership, financial insight, and operational discipline to strengthen Shoppers Drug Mart performance across Hamilton and Niagara.
