Requirements:
Membership in positive standing of the Québec Bar At least seven years of relevant experience Significant complex litigation experience Strong strategic, drafting, and advocacy skills Fluency in French and English Bring strategic judgment, advocacy, and insurance litigation experience to complex client mandates in Montreal and across Canada.
