Financial Management and Profitability
Be accountable for day-to-day financial and operational performance within the approved budget and delegated authority.
Monitor revenue, labour costs, parts costs, gross margins, overhead, cash flow, and profitability.
Review financial statements and management reports with the bookkeeper, accountant, and majority owner.
Monitor technician productivity, billable hours, labour recovery, job costing, and pricing.
Oversee purchasing, inventory management, invoicing, accounts receivable follow‑up, and cost control.

Recruit, onboard, train, supervise, and retain qualified employees.
Establish clear roles, performance expectations, and accountability standards.
Conduct performance reviews and address performance concerns appropriately.
Develop employees' technical skills, productivity, and professional capabilities.
Manage scheduling, attendance, workload allocation, and workforce planning.
Customer Relationships and Business Development
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and develop new business opportunities.
Resolve customer complaints and service issues promptly and professionally.
