Lead major gifts fundraising at BGCO through donor strategy, campaign planning, and a versatile, supportive hybrid working environment. Help sustain funding for children. Reporting to the Chief Advancement Officer, this director leads major gifts and campaigns targeting individuals, corporations, and foundations. The work includes donor stewardship, campaign evaluation, budget management, and collaboration with senior leaders, volunteers, and the Advancement Team. BGCO supports more than 5,000 kids in its communities.

Key Responsibilities

Manage major gifts fundraising and campaign initiatives Develop donor identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship strategies Track financial targets and evaluate fundraising effectiveness Oversee proposals, communications documents,



and gift agreements Coach volunteers contributing to major gifts development

Requirements:

Significant progressively responsible fundraising experience Successful major gifts or corporate partnerships fundraising record Experience leading and managing major gift development programs University degree or equivalent education and experience Proficiency with MS Office and data management systems Bring strategic fundraising, donor stewardship, campaign leadership, and relationship-building expertise to BGCO’s major gifts program.
