Build AWS platforms with Terraform and Kubernetes in Montreal, improving delivery reliability, security, and efficiency for engineering teams. This permanent position supports Plusgrade’s platform environment. As a Platform Developer, you’ll contribute to infrastructure, deployment workflows, and operational tooling used by Plusgrade engineering teams. You’ll work with Kubernetes, Docker, AWS, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines. The work includes automation, monitoring, alerting, troubleshooting, and thoughtful AI-assisted development while preserving reliability, security, and quality.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements:

At least three years’ platform engineering experience Experience with cloud environments and containers Comfort with infrastructure as code and automation Clear communication and cooperative working habits Experience using AI-assisted development or delivery Apply platform engineering, AWS, Terraform, and Kubernetes expertise to enable reliable software delivery at Plusgrade in Montreal.
