Estimate wind energy projects for Bird using quantity take-offs and cost analysis while supporting pursuits across Eastern Canada. As an experienced Estimator, Renewables, you will support wind energy project pursuits and delivery at Bird. The work covers civil, electrical, and balance-of-plant scopes across renewable power generation projects. You will coordinate with operations, project management, engineering, and procurement throughout the pursuit process.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare detailed estimates for wind energy construction projects Complete quantity take-offs and develop project pricing Review drawings, specifications, contracts,



and tender documents Analyze risks and opportunities for bid strategy development Support bid submissions and project handovers

Requirements:

Experience estimating renewable energy, power, industrial, or infrastructure projects Wind project estimating experience considered a strong asset Understanding of civil construction and foundations Knowledge of electrical infrastructure and construction methods Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills Bring renewable estimating, wind project knowledge, and cooperative cost planning to Bird’s Eastern Canada pursuits.
