Support Chipotle restaurants through preventative maintenance, site assessments, and reactionary repairs across an assigned region. Strengthen food safety and guest experiences. As Field Facilities Technician, you will maintain restaurant facilities and equipment while managing service needs across assigned locations. The work includes troubleshooting electrical and plumbing issues, routine HVAC maintenance, vendor coordination, and work order administration. You will also support capital improvements, facility upkeep training, and restaurant leadership collaboration.

Key Responsibilities





Perform quarterly preventative maintenance site assessments at assigned restaurants Complete reactionary service calls promptly and cost-effectively Coordinate vendors and verify completed work meets Chipotle standards Manage restaurant maintenance and repair budgets Maintain work orders, truck stock, inventories, and administrative deadlines

Requirements:

High school diploma or General Educational Development credential At least one year in facilities maintenance, service, or skilled trades Knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical, cooking equipment, appliances, and HVAC Valid driver's license and satisfactory driver’s abstract Ability to lift fifty pounds, use ladders, and travel overnight Apply facilities maintenance, troubleshooting, vendor coordination, and repair expertise across Chipotle restaurants while supporting secure, reliable operations.
