Manage insurance claims operations at Intact through strategic initiatives, compliance controls, and team performance leadership. Work from Edmonton or Calgary in a hybrid mode. This Unit Claims Manager role leads operations while communicating Intact’s vision and values. You will improve processes, support technological advancements, conduct audits, provide feedback and training, and maintain claims standards. The permanent full-time position expects four office days during the initial period, then three days weekly, supporting collaboration and onboarding.

Requirements:
