We currently have a full-time opportunity for a Enterprise Architect. Mississauga, ON, Montreal, QC, Calgary, AB. We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Architect to support business and technology teams across Merchandising, Supply Chain, Inventory, Finance, and broader Enterprise Services. This role will partner with business leaders, Technology Solutions Directors, Solution Architects, and delivery teams to develop architecture roadmaps, improve technology portfolio health, guide major technology decisions, and support strategic transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will balance near-term business priorities with long-term architectural direction while identifying opportunities to simplify technology, improve business capabilities, reduce technical debt, and leverage emerging technologies including AI and automation. Lead capability-based technology planning and roadmap development. Participate in Technical Design Authority discussions where required. Assess opportunities for AI, automation, and emerging technologies. Help business and technology teams understand emerging technology opportunities and risks. Strong communication skills with both business and technical audiences. Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline. 5+ years of progressive IT experience. Experience supporting large-scale transformation initiatives. Experience conducting technology assessments and modernization planning.
