Lead commercial building projects for Graham across British Columbia, applying project delivery and contract administration expertise. Manage work from office to site. This Assistant Building Manager chance supports Graham’s Buildings division and upcoming projects across British Columbia. You will manage planning, procurement, execution, commissioning, and close-out while coordinating project budgets, schedules, contracts, and stakeholders. The position covers commercial, institutional, healthcare, aviation, mixed-use, and large-scale building projects.

Key Responsibilities

Manage project lifecycle phases from planning through close-out Develop budgets, forecasts, schedules, and milestone tracking Lead subcontractor procurement, contracts,



and change orders Implement project-specific safety and quality plans Build, mentor, and support project teams

Requirements:

Minimum five years’ progressive general contracting experience Degree in construction management, engineering, business, or related field preferred Knowledge of cost control, forecasting, scheduling, and risk management Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management platforms Experience with projects up to $50M considered an asset Bring project planning, financial management, and stakeholder leadership skills to Graham’s building projects throughout British Columbia.
