The Manager, Organizational Capability – People & Culture supports AGF’s multi-year learning and development strategy. This role translates leadership competencies into practical programs, manages vendors, and coordinates implementation. It also contributes to organizational design, talent mapping, succession planning, coaching, and mentorship initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements:

University degree in human resources, business, or related discipline Five to seven years of progressive relevant experience Experience designing and managing learning or leadership programs Understanding of competency frameworks and succession planning Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Workday or another human resources information system Bring learning strategy, leadership development, program management, and evaluation expertise to AGF’s People & Culture team.
