Key Responsibilities

Analyze facilities metrics, performance, budgets, trends, costs, and service results Develop portfolio-wide standards, reports, processes, and quality assurance practices Improve preventive maintenance, reliability programs, schedules,



and work practices Oversee CMMS and asset management system development Provide technical advice for facilities projects and initiatives

Requirements:

Degree or diploma in business or technical field Minimum six years of progressive experience Three to four years of facilities leadership experience Experience with work order systems and capital renewal planning Robust analytical, communication, and quality assurance skills Apply facilities operations, maintenance planning, CMMS, and technical leadership expertise to support CAMH’s healthcare environment.
