Lead Battlefield engagement design at Electronic Arts, shaping progression, economy, social systems, and player-focused meta experiences. Define direction within a live service environment. As Engagement Design Director, you will lead the vision and creation of meta experiences for Battlefield players. You will guide progression, economy, social, UX, and UI designs. The work supports Battlefield Studios and its connected franchise universe.

Requirements:

Three or more years leading game teams Experience defining player-focused meta systems Experience in live service environments At least one shipped title in creative leadership Deep understanding of player needs and motivations Shape Battlefield progression, economy, and social systems through creative leadership and solid understanding of player-focused meta design.
