Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, and endpoint security expertise can support De Havilland Canada’s Windows and mobile workplace in Calgary, Alberta. This hands-on Specialist works during regular business hours. The Endpoint Management Specialist administers endpoint platforms across DHC and affiliated businesses. You will build device configurations, compliance policies, security baselines, application packages, update rings, and deployment profiles. The position also provides advanced escalation support and practical technical mentorship.

Administer Intune, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and related tools Deploy Autopilot provisioning and application packages Maintain compliance policies and security baselines Monitor endpoint health and coordinate remediation Create endpoint standards, procedures,

Requirements:

Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience Minimum ten years of Information Technology experience At least five years in endpoint management or client services Hands-on Intune, Windows endpoint, security, and automation experience Ability to prioritize work, document clearly, and escalate risks appropriately Use Intune administration, Autopilot provisioning, and endpoint security controls to strengthen device readiness across De Havilland Canada.
