Lead HSS systems, risk management, and operational readiness for BHP’s Jansen Project from Saskatoon in a hybrid work model. This senior leadership role directs Health, Safety, Security, Hygiene, Emergency Response, and related functions. You will develop multidisciplinary teams, strengthen governance, and improve HSS performance. The position supports safe, sustainable, high-performing operations across BHP’s Potash business.

Lead and develop HSS systems teams and high-performance cultures Direct governance, assurance, risk management, and operational readiness Improve HSS systems, standards, controls, and governance processes Partner with leaders to identify risks and implement strategies Analyze indicators, trends, and operational risks for decisions
