Actively contribute to architectural decisions, design reviews, and technology choices. Act as a technical resource and promote knowledge sharing across teams. Make generative artificial intelligence, including Copilot and Claude, a tangible driver of efficiency and quality in your day-to-day work. Demonstrate leadership in its adoption within the team by identifying and sharing best practices, encouraging experimentation, and supporting colleagues in developing their proficiency and autonomy in using AI. Measure and demonstrate the productivity, quality, and efficiency gains resulting from its use.
