Lead nuclear new build delivery for Candu Energy Inc., applying project management expertise to a small modular reactor project. Build teams and manage complex interfaces. As Project Lead, you will support a small modular reactor new build planned for grid connection by decade’s end. The position requires extensive new build and project management experience, plus engineering, contract management, risk analysis, and project controls knowledge. You will coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, safety, quality, and project controls functions.

Key Responsibilities

Assemble project teams and establish training and development programs Define scope, deliverables, and contract requirements Manage contracts, changes, requirements, suppliers,



and subcontractors Develop execution plans, budgets, schedules, and reports Maintain client, partner, supplier, and stakeholder relationships

Requirements:

Engineering university or college degree Five-plus years supporting large operating or new build projects Five-plus years leading teams Experience working in a nuclear workplace Strong project management, communication, and customer relationship skills Apply nuclear safety, project controls, contract management, and team leadership across Candu Energy Inc.’s SMR new build.
