Lead daily gym operations at JD Gyms in Chatham, using member service and safety expertise across a flexible club schedule. Support a welcoming experience for every member visit. As Duty Manager, you will support the day-to-day operation of this JD Gyms club. You will help maintain operational standards, support colleagues, and contribute to membership and commercial objectives. The position requires experience in leisure, fitness, hospitality, or customer-focused environments, plus Level 2 Gym Instructor qualification.

Requirements:
Level 2 Gym Instructor qualification or higher Experience leading or supporting colleagues in relevant environments Solid commitment to excellent member service Ability to support, coach, and develop colleagues Flexible availability for mornings, evenings, and weekends Bring gym instruction, operational support, safety checking, and member service experience to JD Gyms in Chatham.
