Lead aquatic construction planning in Fredericton with Aecon, using marine methods, subcontractor coordination, and environmental risk awareness. This role supports Major Projects East. The Marine Lead plans and leads construction activities in aquatic environments. You will develop execution methods, identify specialised equipment, and coordinate specialist subcontractors. The work connects marine activities with land-based construction while addressing hydraulic conditions, access constraints, environmental requirements, safety, quality, costs, and progress.

Requirements:

Degree or diploma in civil engineering or construction Equivalent experience may be considered Experience managing marine, river, or hydraulic construction works Knowledge of floating equipment and aquatic construction methods Ability to anticipate operational and environmental risks Bring aquatic construction leadership, specialist coordination, and risk awareness to Aecon’s Major Projects East work in Fredericton.
