This Vice President or Senior Vice President role oversees origination, underwriting, portfolio management, risk oversight, and product development. Reporting to the President and CEO, the executive will shape lending strategy, strengthen broker relationships, improve operational effectiveness, and support sustainable portfolio growth. The mandate spans strategic planning, credit quality, compliance, technology, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Develop annual lending strategy, operating plans,



and budgets Oversee residential and commercial mortgage lending operations Strengthen broker and referral relationships supporting business development Monitor portfolio performance, arrears, risks, and budget variances Lead lending teams across origination, underwriting, and administration

Requirements:

Ten-plus years senior experience in mortgage lending Residential and commercial lending expertise Credit underwriting, portfolio management, and risk knowledge Experience leading lending operations and developing teams Solid commercial acumen and executive communication skills Apply senior mortgage lending expertise, disciplined risk management, and team leadership across a Canadian lending portfolio.
