Use corporate and securities expertise to manage cross-border transactions for ZenaTech, a Nasdaq-listed technology company based in Toronto. As Senior Corporate Counsel, you will take ownership of complex deals across ZenaTech’s AI drone, Drone as a Service, and Enterprise SaaS businesses. The position supports major public and private company transactions while addressing securities disclosures, governance, and regulatory obligations. Close coordination with senior legal leadership and outside counsel is central to the work.

Requirements:
Licensed Ontario lawyer in valuable standing Three to six years of legal practice Public transaction experience including IPOs or bids Familiarity with U.
S. SEC rules an asset Ability to manage multiple major transactions Apply corporate transaction judgment and securities knowledge while supporting ZenaTech’s cross-border legal work across technology markets.
