W3Global seeks a General Manager to run Compass Point end to end, including profit and loss, projects, people, safety and culture. You will report to the Director of Field Operations and have full autonomy over day-to-day operations, safety, quality, and projects, with authority expanding as the business grows. You’ll start with a small team and build it: a PM/Estimator, a Project Coordinator, a General Superintendent, Superintendents and a field crew of 20-40.
