Power BI, Snowflake, and SQL shape trusted analytics for US Commercial business in an office-based, flexible working model. Lead scalable reporting across complex healthcare channels. The Manager, Analytics & Reporting leads analytics for Specialty Pharmacy, Specialty Infusion Providers, inventory management, and Trade & Distribution. This hands-on position builds dashboards, semantic models, and scorecards for explicit action. You will partner with Commercial Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, and Market Access leaders.

Key Responsibilities

Design reporting across pharmacy, distribution, inventory, orders, and shipments Build reusable Power BI dashboards, models, scorecards, and reports Define measures and translate requirements into technical designs Analyze trends, exceptions, risks, anomalies,



and performance drivers Maintain governance, documentation, lineage, controls, and validation procedures

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree and five-plus years of relevant experience Hands-on Power BI, Snowflake, SQL, DAX, and Power Query expertise Experience modeling large datasets and optimizing reporting performance Knowledge of specialty pharmacy, distribution, inventory, or commercial data Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and project management skills Lead trusted commercial reporting through Power BI, Snowflake, SQL, governance, and actionable healthcare data insights.
