You will assess riding-position fit, refine construction, evaluate performance fabrics and trims, and translate feedback into practical factory instructions.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements:
Experience developing cycling, outdoor, endurance, or performance sportswear Pattern corrections supporting balance, mobility, and riding comfort Practical sewing with stretch and technical performance fabrics Experience working directly with factories Robust project management, prioritization, and follow-up habits Use cycling apparel expertise, fit judgment, and supplier coordination to move ALTORI products toward production.
