Lead e-commerce fulfillment operations at Digistore24, coordinating physical product opportunities, fulfillment partners, and cross-functional implementation activities. As E-commerce Product & Fulfillment Lead, you will evaluate product categories, markets, vendors, and fulfillment models. You will coordinate Sales, Legal, Tax, Compliance, Payments, Risk, Product, Engineering, and Customer Support. The role focuses on operational enablement and fulfillment coordination, rather than traditional software product or warehouse management.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate current physical product opportunities and business models Identify fulfillment, compliance, payment, legal, tax, and customs requirements Coordinate fulfillment centers and third-party logistics partners Track project requirements, responsibilities, risks,



and deadlines Improve partner onboarding, reporting, and operational workflows

Requirements:

Three to five years of relevant operational experience Experience with fulfillment centers, 3PL providers, or e-commerce platforms Understanding of shipping, inventory, returns, and delivery operations Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage priorities independently across multiple teams Bring structured project coordination and fulfillment expertise to expand Digistore24's physical product capabilities across markets.
