Key Responsibilities





Coordinate LPS phase progression across the plant Conduct pillar health checks and identify improvement opportunities Monitor and report site LPS progress and challenges Lead initiatives reducing quality issues and improving performance Coach leadership teams and develop internal trainers

Requirements:

Minimum five years manufacturing experience Hands-on knowledge of LPS frameworks and pillar systems Experience leading continuous improvement and waste reduction Ability to analyze metrics and implement corrective actions Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Lean management tools Apply manufacturing leadership, LPS expertise, and performance analysis to strengthen operational maturity throughout Maple Leaf Foods.
